See a Poster | Snap a Picture | Win a Pass!
The Ann Arbor Film Festival has just released its full-size 18x24 Poster, and while you may have seen a more modest version already this one is a beauty! Designed by Mike McGowan (mostlymoderndesign.com) and printed by University Lithoprinters (ulitho.com) the poster was premiered at an AAFF event at Leon Loft on February 23 and is now making its way into the world!
So keep an eye out as you make your daily (or occasional) way through Ann Arbor and Southeast Michigan because this is your chance to win a Full Festival Pass!
Here's what you do to enter our AAFF Poster Photo Contest:
Find a 61 AAFF poster displayed somewhere in town
Take a photo of the poster
Make sure you include enough of its surroundings for the location to be recognized
Wait for Friday, March 17 at 6 pm for the announcement of the winner!
Tell your friends about the contest and then read Emma Andreasen's blog post about how you can become a poster volunteer and spread the word about the 61st Ann Arbor Film Festival!
PS: We want you to admire the beauty of this poster, of course, but there is a much more practical reason for you to look for a folded copy: the schedule for the entire 61st AAFF is printed on the back! Look for that stack at your favorite A2, Ypsi, and Detroit haunts, and then grab yourself this highly useful Festival planning tool.
