The Ann Arbor Film Festival presents the 61st festival, March 21-26, 2023 (with the online festival continuing through March 29) in a hybrid format with both in-person and online access for attendees.
Festival Passes go on sale Friday, November 25 with in-person passes priced at only $100 and online-only passes at $50. Purchase your pass.
So mark your calendar for November 25 and be the first to take advantage of this early bird pricing, effective November 25 through December 31. We also love to point out that AAFF Festival Passes make lovely gifts for your favorite film lovers!
The in-person festival includes the full range of film programs comprising in-competition feature films and shorts programs, juror presentations and special programs, as well as after parties.
The Online Festival Pass grants online access to most in-competition feature films, in-competition short film programs, and juror programs. In addition to feature filmmaker interviews, there will also be a virtual Filmmaker Forum with filmmakers.
Passes for the in-person festival also include access to the online festival. If you won’t be able to make it to Ann Arbor, the online-only pass will allow you access from anywhere in the world!
For those who wish to attend in person, the Michigan Theater welcomes you with these current guidelines supporting everyone’s safety during festival week.
As the 61st AAFF approaches, we hope you consider our in-person and online options and choose the one that’s right for you! Even if you live right here in Ann Arbor, you might want to stay at home one of those evenings in March, and the online pass will reserve your virtual seat at the screening. The AAFF cannot wait to welcome you back, both in real life and on the screen!
P.S. If you know you’re planning on attending the festival, consider becoming a member! Depending on the level of your membership, you could receive tickets or even passes for free!
