The early deadline for the Festival opens on July 1st and ends on July 31st, with a submission fee of $30 for a short film and $40 for a feature. The official deadline starts August 1st and goes until August 31st, with submission fees ranging from $45 for a short film and $55 for a feature. Finally, the late deadline begins on September 1st and ends September 30th, with submission fees ranging from $60 to $70.
