Friday, September 14, 2007 Yes, it's true - the AAFF is facing a crisis. But we're not facing it alone. Over our 46 year history we've made a lot of friends throughout the world - people who care as passionately as we do about films that take risks, challenge conventions, provide inspiration and leave their mark.
PermalinkSo it's with great enthusiasm that we launched our multimedia Endangered fundraising campaign. The staff, board and volunteers committed untold hours to make this a critical turning point for the AAFF and we will continue to work around the clock to make sure this campaign is a success. We are eager to perform the Acts of Audacity that you choose and show the world just how far we'll go to keep the AAFF vital and strong. And we are honored to share a portion of our proceeds (5% of all donations) with The WILD Foundation, an international organization dedicated entirely and explicitly to wilderness protection around the world. We certainly hope that you join us and participate in helping preserve the rare and precious species that is the Ann Arbor Film Festival. Please visit the Endangered home page to learn more and find out how you can participate. Labels: endangered campaign
